How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact support with your booking reference. We can reschedule or cancel based on the RTO policy and availability.
How do invoices work for employer bookings?
Employers can generate invoices with PO/cost centre and 14-day terms. Card payments via Stripe are also supported.
Where do I find my certificate?
Certificates are emailed after completion. If you use Training Wallet, we sync it there automatically for easy sharing.
How does Training Wallet handle my data?
Training Wallet is consent-first. Credentials are stored with you, and we only access what is needed to enrol or issue certificates.
